Welcome to the Active Mind Race Camps™ website!
Active Mind Race Camps™ are a unique opportunity for athletes to learn how to train possibly the most important component in racing – our mind. We provide a personalized step by step psychological preparation program for your destination race, instill positive self-beliefs and create a clear vision of how you choose your race to unfold. Elite athletes have been trained by sports psychologists for years to perform at their best; now you have the opportunity to learn their secrets in a structured and inspiring way. Armed with this information and vision, you are set for the most positive race experience you have ever enjoyed!
Each camp is based at race hotel accommodation, utilizing their facilities and resources – camps start on a Friday morning for a Sunday race, and Thursday morning for a Saturday race; camps may finish on race day after a celebration gathering! Each day consists of at least one guided mental preparation session, stretching and flexibility session, course review, and optional meals.
We have selected the best destination races in North America to partner with, giving you the opportunity to enjoy a unique training and racing vacation in a beautiful location.
We are proud to announce a partnership with Vacation Races for 2014! Vacation Races are a series of Half Marathons based at National Parks around the USA.
